Pavilions is a residential mixed use development comprising four residential buildings ranging in height from 9 to 31 storeys with a total of 694 apartments. This forms part of the new town centre being created as part of the draft SOP Master Plan 2030.
The development is located at 2 Figtree Drive and abuts:
– Australia Avenue on its East boundary
– Linear park and rail corridor on its Southern boundary
– Commercial lots along its Western
– Figtree Drive and commercial lots along its Northern boundaries
The site is the former office space of NSW lotteries, a corporation owned by the government in NSW. Pavilions will be Mirvac’s third major development in the Olympic precinct having made its mark at Newington, which was originally created to serve the needs of 15,000 athletes at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. The development of Pavilions will continue to attribute to the fulfillment of the Master plan 2030 vision making Sydney a more liveable city.
The project has undergone a design excellence process by multi-award winning Architecture firm BVN.
